At Burger & Lobster Brighton, we’re serving up the very best of land and sea, bringing our legendary menu to the coast. Whether you’re a lobster lover, a burger expert, or simply here for the cocktails, our menu is packed with character and flavour for every occasion.
Our Signature Lobster is what we’re famous for, wild-caught, Atlantic lobsters, expertly grilled or steamed to perfection, or served snuggled up in a buttery brioche bun with lemon mayo and served with crispy fries, salad, and sauce for the ultimate dip.
On the burger side, enjoy a juicy bite of prime beef, delicious grilled chicken and smashed patties, perfectly cooked and stacked with fresh ingredients that include classic toppings and indulgent twists. And if you can’t choose, we’re huge advocates for just getting both with our Combos! No meal is complete without the perfect drink in hand, and our drinks menu includes signature cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, soft, still and sparkling options, perfect for every table and every occasion.
Our menus include a delicious a la carte menu available all week, a weekend brunch menu comprising of some of our usual favourites and brand new brunch options Saturday and Sunday 9am-4pm. Dig in to our Lobster Benedict, Breakfast Smash Burger and The Full Brighton.

Located at 15 Market Street, we’re situated directly in The Lanes and a 7 minute stroll from the beach. Come grab yourself some quality dishes at one of the cool places to eat in Brighton.
Our menu will be incredibly similar to what you already know and love in London, with a few Brighton-exclusive tweaks. We’ll be gathering our bread from Flour Pot bakery, our ice cream from Boho Gelato, plenty of hot sauce from Brighton Hot Sauce, gin from Brighton gin, wine from Albourne Estate, beer from Gun Brewery, and lots of fresh fish from Brighton And Newhaven Fish! If you fancy popping in for a quick cuppa, our fresh coffee is filled by Redroaster local coffee roasters. We can’t wait to get stuck in with the local community.
