Wagyu Burger
Our brand new wagyu beef burger is made using a juicy 100% wagyu beef burger. paired with caramelised onions, raclette cheese, a tasty truffle butter and watercress and horse radish salad. All sandwiched between a crunchy burger bun. The pinnacle of good eating.
Think juicy, think beefy, thing bold and think beautiful. This Wagyu burger will not disappoint.
Wagyu Burger Drink Pairings
Of course, a gentle red wine always pairs well with a hunk of beef. The richness of the truffle and the horseradish make this the perfect vehicle to accompany a tall glass of a delicate Merlot or a Cabernet Sauvignon. Our Merlot Longue Roche has gentle fruity hints that will awaken the juicy beef and leave a full heart and fuller belly.
If wine isn’t your thing, we have a selection of cocktails that are calling out. Some seasonal favourites include the Watermelon Martini, a super fresh and fruity martini perfect for summer. The Jasmine Punch is another great choice, packing citrusy notes to offset the richness of your burger. Or perhaps stick to the classics: the Lobstar Martini and cheers to delicious wagyu beef burger boldness.
Better yet, we also have a great choice of house beers on tap and by the bottle, such as Peroni and 1936 Lager.

The classic partner to a great burger is of course chips: dig into the divine and crispy B&L fries if you’re a fry lover, or try the fluffy Chunky Truffle Chips and layer some truffle on truffle. If you feel you need some greens, our delicious Baby Spinach goes with everything, or if you’d prefer some crunch, our Ceasar Salad is not to be missed.
